WPC Room Request Form

This form is for WPC members requesting a room for church-related events, meetings, or activities.

Please complete the form with as much information as possible. Once your request is received, the church office will review the request and assign the room based on availability.

Room requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a particular room will be available.

The office will confirm the room assignment with you once your request has been reviewed.
